By the Sea Realty, a brokerage in the Fort Lauderdale area of Florida, hosts a unique and interesting blog that covers topics related to the local real estate market.  Led by managing partner Rich Barnhart, the By the Sea Realty team focuses on educating readers and introducing potential homebuyers to value of the Fort Lauderdale lifestyle.

"Education" is truly the focus of their entire site, and they make it known.  "Read our blog for educational updates from our brokers and visit our Learn section for some of the best Real Estate education available on the Internet," they write on their "About" page.  They mean what they say.  Their entire site, built around their blog, is full of interesting information on Fort Lauderdale real estate, everything from mortgage calculators to closing cost advice.

They include links to numerous articles covering topics such as first time homebuying, short sales, foreclosures, and more.  Each of these articles includes links to further resources.  They even have a section entirely devoted to real estate videos, and they have a lot of them.

Their blog, however, is where they host the core of the educational content.  The By the Sea Realty team updates this blog frequently with news about local construction developments, community events, mortgage rates, macroeconomic trends, market reports, and more.  If you're interested in real estate in the Fort Lauderdale area, this is the place to learn.
