Marina Sarabia and Kathleen Costanzo are real estate professionals who live and work in the area of Fort Lauderdale, FL.  They operate a website and a blog that cover topics related to the local real estate market, and their blog is one of the most comprehensive and useful blogs we've seen from the Fort Lauderdale area.  Marina and Kathleen strive to educate homebuyers by providing valuable information gained through over twenty years of professional real estate experience.

Their blog includes everything from advice about how to stop a foreclosure to information about local Broward County's library system.  They discuss real estate news, economic trends, home prices, and other broad market topics, but they also write about unique topics that you won't find brought up elsewhere, such as whether or not it's a good investment to place an ad for your home in the national Realtor Magazine.  Above, we described their blog as "comprehensive," and we mean it.  Simply scroll through a single page of posts, and you'll be surprised by the amount of varied and useful information you'll find.

Mariana and Kathleen also include news about local events and activities around the Fort Lauderdale area.  One recent post informed readers of a concert series scheduled for an upcoming weekend.  You could probably find that information elsewhere on the internet, but Mariana and Kathleen make it easy for you.  They've set their blog up as a single destination for homebuyers who wish to call Fort Lauderdale home, and they've done a great job.
