DJ Morris is a Realtor in the Jupiter area of Florida.  He operates a blog that covers real estate trends in the local marketplace.

DJ's site is extensive, and his blog is only a small part of a much greater whole.  On his About page, he writes, "Please use this website as a resource for all your real estate needs."  It's fitting.  You can plan a real estate transaction from start to finish with the tools on his website, and he makes it easy to do.  The site is fast, smooth, and easy to navigate.

DJ provides his visitors streamlined MLS access through an interactive map that shows real estate market statistics for each selected area.  You can search for homes or browse listings that he posts and describes, sorted by community.  High-quality photos and virtual video tours abound for each property.

More than real estate, his site also includes a vast array of additional local resources, such as a list of local schools, utilities companies, recreational opportunities, home repair resources, shopping venues, and more.  He even lists properties for rent, sorted by community.  It's apparent that DJ wants his visitors to feel at home in Jupiter, FL, and he does everything he can to offer a comprehensive introduction to the area.

This is where his blog is so effective.  He provides firsthand market statistics and details covering the area.  He also offers advice to potential buyers.  One post explained common reasons why many home sellers often reject initial purchase offers.  Another outlined what types of market trends may affect home sales.  This is solid information from the personal experience of a successful local professional.

Altogether, we found DJ's blog to be a valuable resource.  His site, as a whole, is one of the best we've seen covering real estate in Florida.  Check it out at jupiterflhomes.com.
