Guy Johnson, MBA, is a Realtor who works around the Reno, NV, area.  Formerly a business owner, Guy brings to his real estate career a strong analytical mind and a highly focused attention to customer service and satisfaction.  He is a local expert on real estate market trends and events, and his blog, which covers numerous subjects related to the real estate industry, is one of the best we've seen based in the Reno area.

Recent posts detail a wide range of topics, from current FHA guidelines to highest-selling neighborhoods in the Reno area.  This isn't canned info, either.  It's accurate, it's fast, and it's up to date.

Guy writes frequently on foreclosure in Nevada, as Nevada has been the state hardest hit by foreclosures and sinking property values.  Guy reports from the frontlines of the real estate market and describes the hope and positive changes coming on the horizon.  His Market Condition Reports are packed with useful information.  Forget the other news sources on the internet.  If you want to know what real estate is up to in Reno, follow along with Guy.

Guy makes frequent use of tables, graphs, and other visual aids when analyzing data in his posts.  It's extremely helpful, and it's good to see a Realtor so focused on making his points clear.  You can tell that Guy truly cares about educating his readers.  One recent post included a list of median home sale prices month by month, all the way back to 1998.  This is valuable information for anyone interested in the Reno real estate marketplace.  This is the kind of information that gets investors interested and gives potential homebuyers a glimpse of what the future may hold.
