Kris and Steve Berg are real estate professionals in one of my most personal favorite vacation destinations, San Diego. Kris is a local San Diego native and provides most of the content for the blog. The San Diego Home Blog’s witty personalized touch makes it a great read for any southern California resident looking for information on San Diego property listings, homes for sale, and much more.

Having lived in San Diego for most of my young adult life I know the amount of freedom San Diegans have.  One day you can be surfing off the coast of La Jolla, and heading to the snow in Julian the next.  Kris’ witty conversational style conveys her ability to answer common real estate questions while keeping you engaged and interested. You can find articles on topics such as what precautions to take when showing your home, property inspections and why you should be there, and why we love Scripps Ranch (my favorite). 

Most of what s written on the blog is done with the intent of capturing the essence of her and her associate’s customer-first mentality while keeping her visitors and subscribers abreast on great tips before, during and after the selling or purchase process. She embraces the use of multimedia in her blog by using video and great relevant high resolution photographs of beautiful San Diego.  The blog also provides San Diego Market Statisticswhich are updated every few-days to keep people up to date.   

The best way to describe the San Diego Castle’s Home Blog is that it’s full of personality and an undeniable delight to read.  The blog manages to provide you with a forum to comment and discuss her blogs and learn a lot about what some may call the world’s finest city.
