Through financing, lender negotiations and sales, we provide our clients with strategic solutions to protect and maximize real estate value.

Prior to NextGEN Real Estate, I served as the COO and one of the three founders of Bridgelock Capital for the last three years and one of the principals and Executive Vice Presidents of The Helvetica Group from 2003 to 2006. Throughout this time, I have been involved with the underwriting, system integration, marketing and origination of private-money real estate loans on residential, commercial, industrial and development properties throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Utah.

I'm a licensed California real estate broker and a member of the California Association of REALTORS (CAR), National Association of REALTORS (NAR), Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS, Multiple Listing Service (The MLS), North San Diego County Association of REALTORS (NSDCAR),Sandicor and held various financial licenses with the National Association of Securities Dealers. I received my B.A. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and was a member of the UCLA Rowing Team.
