Getting a mortgage today is not the same as it was a few years ago. Without updating what you thought you knew daily, a lender can find themselves lost in tall grass. For this reason I take every opportunity to broaden my extensive knowledge of lending programs and guidlines. Most horror stories I hear are due to a Lender working off of the wrong information. I never want this to happen to my customers.
