For over 11 years I have personally helped hundreds of seniors live a more comfortable retirement by using Federally Regulated and Insured Home Equity Conversion Mortgage Programs. Since July of 2008 I have been growing the team I manage as well as growing my personal client base. We work almost exclusively on a unique federally regulated and insured program that allows seniors to use the equity from their home to enjoy a more financially stable retirement. During my tenure working with active adult homeowners, a reoccurring theme kept repeating itself.... The homeowners wanted to stay in the home and "age in place" and the family/children were counseling the parents to sell and move into an apartment or active adult community or CCRC. None of the families ever seemed to find a good guide so I have created one. For several years I have been collecting research and writing a book to help guide active adult homeowners thru an extensive list of options and to give the homeowners and their family a "roadmap" to guide them thru the evaluation and process.

My personal Focus is in Chester County, PA, but thru our team we help folks in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and most of the other states in the USA.
Married to the most wonderful woman in the world. 5 grown children. Actively involved in our church, Marsh Creek Community Church in Exton. I am a member of NetCare and a past member of the Board of Directors at the Downingtown Senior Center.
