<Aaron Merritt grew up in the Denver area and attended Chatfield High School in Littleton and later graduated from the University of Denver with a major in Communications in 94. One of his first jobs out of school was working for Money Line Mortgage, where he obtained extensive training in mortgage and a top producer for several years.
Armed with this knowledge and experience Aaron took the next step. In 2000 to 2005 and started a small mortgage company called Truth In Lending, Inc. in Lakewood Colorado that quickly grew to 20 plus employees. At that time the mission statement he established for the company was to be the most reputable company in mortgage lending, through honest, open business relationships with clients, business partners and fellow employees. The mission was to provide a truthful mortgage experience through professional consultation. A mission Aaron continues to strive for today. Aaron's role as president of the company gave him valuable experience working all sides of the mortgage process where he continued to grow the company until in 2006 America's Mortgage made him an offer he couldn't refuse and decided to take his team to America's Mortgage where he enjoyed 6 years of continued success learning and growing with all the industry changes and was continually a "top producer".
Having the ability to offer clients the best possible service was and remains the number one goal. In June of 2013 Aaron partnered with correspondent lender RPM Mortgage in order to take advantage of their exceptional mortgage banking platform. RPM is a brilliant and principled company that weathered the recession with grace and is at the forefront of the new mortgage market. RPM continues to expand and new branches are opening across the nation.
