Anthony graduated from Temple University in 1990 with a BBA in Business Administration, majoring in Business Law and Marketing. He minored in finance and economics and achieved a non-accredited degree in Military Science, subsequently winning an ROTC scholarship, and then accepted a commission in the US Army upon graduating college.
In 1995, after completing his required military service, Anthony entered the financial market in the residential loan industry.

o 1995 - became certified as a Licensed Mortgage Banker
o 2005 - founded Piccone Financial Associates, LLC
o 2008 - achieved certification as HUD Direct Endorsed Underwriter (FHA)
o 2010 - received a certification in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance
o 2012 - founded 7th Level Mortgage, LLC
