We do pretty much every loan type and we are good at it. We do FHA, VA, Conventional and USDA. We are a direct lender so we have all the processors and underwriters here in house. We do all loans quickly even USDA. I work closely with management and our CEO to make deals work. We even service some of our loans and have different guidelines to close more loans. We do foreign national loans, jumbo, super jumbo, loans on flips and many more. I would say that our most unique product is we offer a portfolio loan. We can do as low as 3% down with no mortgage insurance. No one can beat our pricing on this.
