Which lender has most experience with Harp 2? or does it matter?
The bank guidelines for HARP 2.0 have barely rolled out this month. Previously, the 1st HARP was almost identical except for the Loan to Value exception. You loan needs to be originated prior to June 1st 2009 to be eligible for Harp 2. If you already did the First Harp the origination date my be an issue.Do you...
