Reliant Mortgage Company, LLC is a licensed mortgage banking company operating from its corporate home office in Beverly, MA. We originate conventional, jumbo, FHA, Rural and Commercial loans. We are licensed to conduct business in all six New England states, as well as Florida. Our branch locations include our home office in Beverly MA, Westborough MA, Peabody MA, Nashua NH, Portland ME and Manchester NH.
 

Reliant’s senior management team consists of mortgage banking professionals all with over 20 years of mortgage banking experience. Previously, this management team was the principal owners and managers of Assurance Mortgage Corporation of America (AMCA). Prior to its sale to H&R Block in 1999, AMCA was the largest privately held mortgage banking company in New England. This team manages operations, sales, compliance, finance, secondary, technology and human resources. Reliant’s President, Steven Edelstein has served two terms as Chairman of the Massachusetts Mortgage Association and seven years on the board of New England Land Title Association.
