10% down lender in Florida
I am a real estate property investor in Florida and I was wondering if anyone knows of a lender who offers a 10% down on a non-owner occupied investment loan? There are credit unions in our area who offer this type of loan product but they are pretty slow to respond. I need a private lender who can offer a faster and more efficient process. You may be able to find that in the non-traditional market, but it is very rare. If you find anyone willing, take it. Your traditional investment financing starts with 15% down for a single family home, but 20% gets you better deals. Multi-family homes start at 25% down. Good luck. I lend in MN WI IA ND SD.
