It's possible, but we would need to analyze your complete loan profile to advise you properly.. In short, there are lenders who will do FHA streamline with a 580 credit score.. There are lenders who will do one without even looking at your credit report.. To find these lenders, it's best you search for a local mortgage broker/banker.. stay away from the big box bank on the corner.. they have limited products available, and their loan officers do not have the proper training to help find you the best loan.
