69 days late . can I refi my loan still?

Generally speaking the basic traditional type mortgage loans allow you to have two 30-day late payments, or "rolling 30-day late" payments, but once you hit a 60-day later payment, you are likely denied. Of course current payment history is very important, but it isn't the only thing that will determine approval or denial. Contact a local mortgage broker before it gets any worse.
