830 FICO, $100k foreign income & want to refi 3 houses- help!

hi- i have 5 houses, want to refi one, take cash out to pay off #2, and re-fi #3 (#3 being my primary res.) i wish i could refi #4 also, but am upside down. i work in Cayman Islands ($100k USD equiv. salary per yr), get paid to a cayman bank in cayman $$, and have over 800 FICO. i own no houses outright. i use the $91k foreign exemption as far as US taxes- want to help me? by nwventure from Vista, California.
