Unfortunately no. For cash out on investment, you are capped at 75% if it's a single family home.. lower if it's multi housing.. There are non-conforming loan options out there, but typically, they have more strict guidelines and lower loan to value options, so i'm pretty sure that wont work either.. If you have a primary residence, you can try refinancing that or maybe apply for a Home Equity Line of Credit. *(HELOC).. but don't bother trying this on your investment.. same holds true most lenders wont do a HELOC on an investment property.. and for the very, very few that do.. they want the combined loan to value to be below 80% or lower..
