DO YOU have a business ? i do business and personal lines of credi/cash line advances depends on the fico score and what is on the credit report.. linda yourloanpartnerforlife@live.com .. very limited documentation
Stated HELOC is very difficult to find.
I've never heard of any lender offering a stated income option for a HELOC, start with your current mortgage servicer or where you do your current banking. Some may offer limited documentation options if you are otherwise a strong enough borrower. Good luck
PS. You may need to use an "alternative" lender where the fees and rate would be pretty high. Financial regulators would be really tough on any mainstream lender that offered that type of financing
No such thing.. 2nd position loans are much more risky for the lender and because of such, the guidelines regarding income are strictly enforced.. For a first position HELOC, that would fall under federal guidelines and require that the lender verify your "Ability to Repay" (ATR Rules), and for most conforming programs, this means tax returns, W2's/1099, pay stubs, pension or SS award letters, etc.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
