Have 10% to put down if I finance a condo by 87kwalter8768219 from Annapolis, Maryland. Sep 2nd 2014
Good morning, finding out more information on the purchase of the condo is the first order of business. Is the 698 score your top score or the middle one? What is the purchase price of the condo? What loan product would meet your needs, is it a conventional loan, an FHA loan, VA? These are just some of the questions that we would discuss in order to find the best product and the best rate for your needs and goals. If you would like to discuss this further let me know and I'll be happy to work this through with you.
A lender will need more info to quote a rate for you. Recommend you pick one or two and contact them directly to get a preliminary quote. Condo's have a slightly higher rate or more fees than a property that is not a condo.
Way to much info missing to properly answer your question. No competent loan officer would ever quote an interest rate based on the limited info you provided, and If someone does, they're probably not a lender you would want to use.. Understand that the lender looks at 100 different things when determining one's eligibility, you provided two.. a credit score and a down payment.. As far as loan pricing.. again, much more info would be needed.. if you are serious about purchasing something, then stop wasting your time trolling internet posts. Just pick up the phone and contact a LOCAL mortgage broker and apply with them. Once they see the complete loan scenario, they will tell you exactly what you would qualify for including the interest rate and fees.. By applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with numerous lenders, seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario. Because he has lower overhead, he can offer you lower rates and lower fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
