Hi Frank, most IRRRLs do not require an appraisal or any income documentation. In the event an appraisal is needed, the lender would order it, not you. Hey Frank.. IRRRL loans are awesome and you shouldn't have to supply much to your lender... and it shouldn't take long at all. If an appraisal is ever needed.. that's the job of the "mortgage guy" to take over anyways. Good luck and TYFYS!!
No..Most don't require an appraisal and if one is required, then the lender orders it. But doing it online is probably not the best way to go.. Online lenders might have slightly lower fee's or rates, but try to get a hold of someone and it's near impossible.. your better off with a live person in a local office (like me)..
