I'm 54. Will lenders consider age a factor in approving a thirty year loan, as opposed to a fifteen?thanks by thomas4you from Belmar, New Jersey. Jul 7th 2011
Age can be given no consideration on loan approval.
hi there: age cannot be discriminated.. As long as you meet the guidelines regarding loan to value, income and debt ratio, a lender will extend credit/financing to you. (Mike www.stconvininc.com NMLS # 754875)
