More info needed.. The short answer is yes.. but in order for you to get a "clear to close" form the lender, they need to verify the funds are already in your account.. this typically means that from the time the underwriter signs off on all "Pre doc" conditions to final closing.. it's about 2 weeks.. so if you enter into a 45 day escrow.. then yes.. you should be ok.. But I know for certain that the lender will not release loan doc's prior to verifying all your down payment sources... Talk to your lender,, they should give you a better idea of their timeline.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
