Yes.. The deed gives you equal rights to the property unless a certain percentage is written on the deed.. Example: you and your spouse are listed, but no percentage is noted.. then you each have a 50/50 ownership.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona.
