Sorry, not familiar with them. If you're responsible for that list you probably do need a construction loan and will possibly need a contractor to coordinate those other items.
I checked them out, these apparently are kit homes. Unless you find a lender who allows the owner to build their own home you will need to find a contractor who will construct the home once you obtain a construction loan. Good Luck!
are you referring to a kit home? i do possible have a alternative source email at yourloanpartnerforlife@live.com thanks linda
These types of homes (kit homes) can be financed, and some lenders will allow for construction loans to build them.. If your a licensed contractor, you can do the construction yourself, but if your not, you will have to hire one to build it for you. The cost of the land is considered and all the other services, utilities, and permits can be part of your loan. Most lenders require a down payment when doing construction loans, some as high as 30%. Once the construction is complete and you have your occupancy certificate, you can apply for a mortgage.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. With proper professional help, you may be able to get a construction loan, and yes, you are responsible for all the site costs, some of which may be included in the loan.
Be careful with who you talk to about your flat pack home and its financing. These are typically a specialized home either in the material used to construct it, and/or its shape and floor plan. Be certain that you share the materials list and floor plan with the lender you choose to work with. It is not uncommon for this type of home to be difficult to appraise, like a log home or octagon home, and many lenders may have an overlay against financing your home once it is completed.
