if you go to the home page of Lender411 and select "Find a Lender" fill in the information, and it should give you a list of lenders in your area, but I will caution you... in that list you should select a LOCAL mortgage broker, not the local "Big" bank, and certainly not one of those 50 states internet lenders... the LOCAL broker is familiar with local customs and works with numerous lenders, seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario. Yes, the Lender Paid Mortgage Insurance will need to be converted to Borrower paid mortgage insurance. I would compare what you are paying now with Lender paid and what you will pay with the new borrower paid to see if it makes sense for you to refinance thru HARP.I only Lend in Florida!
