Anyone lending to self cert 80% ltv?
hi, I have a flat worth around 380k on which I owe 250k to Mortgage Express (Bradford & Bingley). Would like to remortgage but am self certified i.e. unsalaried. I doubt whether I?m eligible for anything but you never know. thanks. by chloereyonolds from Orange, California. May 27th 2011

There are not any stated income loans anymore but we can help self employed people by looking at two years of tax returns. You do not have to have a a salary, just a verifiable income.
