Applying for a loan as a couple
Can a married couple get a loan by filing joint? One has income without credit but the other has the credit history but no income? One spouse has 550 while the other 680. What impact will this have when applying for a loan? TIA by Elrichies933 from Anaheim, California. Nov 1st 2022

yes low score will affect things - all lenders will require using the lowest middle score of all applicants ....each borrower gets 3 scores ( 1 from each main credit bureau ) ...middle scores are used and the lowest middle score will determine the pricing and alos if loan is approvable
