Most lenders offering VA lending will allow for a VA jumbo purchase, however understand that VA entitlement is limited based on 25% coverage on a $417K loan (conforming loan limits). For this reason, if your purchase price is below $417K, you will not need a down payment, however If it is above the $417K, you will need to put money down.
