Are Delaire Landing condos in Philadelphia, Pa " warrant eligible"?

condos suck so bad with fha. you also have to worry if the association is in a law suit. My company doesn't have a probelm with that but still condo's are a nightmare. please be nice to your LO. My company is licensed in PA as Omega Funding Capital. If you get stuck have your LO call us we love educating people even if it means no deal.
