Are Online Lenders Any Good?

My wife and I are currently building our dream home with a reputable contractor and the house is going to be ready by the end of November. It’s possible to face delays in construction since there are finishing materials that are out of stock. I want to ask if I should lock the interest rate now while it is still low?
