Are there lenders who can offer 15% or better down?

I am looking for lenders that offer better than a 15% to 20% down payment for a conventional loan on two rental properties in the Atlanta area. I currently deal with a preferred lender who offers $2k towards closing costs. The problem is they require a 20% down. I don’t close on these properties yet and I have a few months to look for better deals. I was wondering if there are lenders who can offer 15% or better? by rjones716 from Atlanta, Georgia.
