Are we in a doubledip recession? when is property values coming back? how many years? any guess. I can't refinance due to no LTV

If you're 95%+ LTV, you should still be fine depending on your credit, etc. Don't give up on this one, yet.

On a DU Refi Plus you can go up to 105%. Call a local bank or broker to see if you qualify. .... Happy funding, Rudi
