Thanks Bert. The EO just told me today that they needed 1 more doc and that would be all the underwriter needed to make a decision (a utility bill with both our names on it which was already in their system according to the EO contact's assistant). Who supervises/controls the underwriters? If we make it through this maze and after my husbands finishes school and starts working, I can guarantee you that I will be searching around for a new loan to buy out the WF loan so I never have to go thru this again-at least not this bad. by starga_267_652 from Jasper, Texas. Some banks are worse than others, but times your aggravation by 10 times a month and that is what mortgage brkoers go thru to get loans closed for their clients. We without a doubt earn our pay!
You're welcome. I know how frustrating they can be, but you will get through it. Larry is right, none of the others are easy to deal with either. Hang in there. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ www.LoansA2z.com
