My best friend wants to get out of his rental property since he’s in debt and with bad credit. He has equity but the money he’ll get after paying the loan and closing costs after selling is not worth it. Refinancing is out of the picture since he has bad credit. He wants me to buy the property and I will be able to afford it if I refinance.
