If you have a FHA, VA or USDA home loan you may have some additional options. If are truly not HARP eligible and you are not with any of the above you may have to wait until the market improves increasing you homes value or pay down on your mortgage to decrease the balance. Have you had someone give you an estimate of value on you home? If not, you should reach out to a local real estate agent or loan officer and see if they can help you with this. With values increasing you may be very close to being able to do something. Have you had a loan officer go over your current scenario to see if you might be HARP eligible?

Good Afternoon! The best advice is to call Ocwen and find out if they can review you for an internal loan modification, which will be based on their guidelines which will most revolve around confirming if your current loan is considered "affordable" or not. If not, they may offer you a modification option which you can choose to accept or decline, but seeing that option is free, I'd suggest that initially! Good Luck!
