both me and my sister name are on the mortgage, i am married she not. problem is she say she not responsible for half just 1/3. it is two of me and one of her. right now i can not afford to pay 1/3-1/3 my hunsband not working a full time job. and i have one son and my duather just sarted to work. what are my legal rights.
