Can a FHA 203K loan cover installing a permanent foundation on a Manufactured Home

More info needed.. It possible but only if the lot/real estate is included.. If you are renting or leasing the space, then you cannot use FHA for financing.. Another issue is in regards to the MFH.. if this is a brand new home being moved from the retailer or the retailers lot to your lot for affxiture, then that's acceptable. but if you have a MFH already, and you are looking to permanently affix it.. then you cannot use FHA for that.. Of if you purchased a used MFH and are moving it to your lot,, then same.. FHA wont do that.. The bigger problem is finding a lender who will do FHA 203K on a MFH.. I don't know if any lender who will do a 203K on a MFH.. I'm not saying they don't exist.. only that I don't know if anyone who does them. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets.
