Can anyone here tell my if there is a way to get an approximate value of my home, with out paying?

Not that I am aware... There are all sorts of ways to get an 'idea'... County tax records, and places like Zillow are common ideas, but can be close, to off by a mile. The only true way is to pay for an appraisal, which should typically run $400 - $500.
