can existing manufactured housing be financed by USDA or must it be new,never lived in?

Only if there is an existing section 502 Rural Housing direct or guaranteed loan on it or is being sold from the Rural Housing and Community Development Service inventory, or is being sold from the Lender's inventory provided the Lender acquired possession of the unit through a loan guaranteed under this rule.
