Sorry my friend, you can not borrow money for a down payment. It must be monies gifted to you and you must provide documentation.
depending on the satte and county, you might have a downpayment & closing costs program to help you with your downpayment and closing costs.in maryland there is a CDA (community development porgram to assist buyers with downpayment which can come form the satte, county and or employer.check with your local state and county housing departmentErnesto Marezemarez@thefederalsavingsbank.com
Generally speaking, NO... but the employer can gift money to you.
You can't borrow it, but it can be gifted.
You cannot borrower money and use it for the down payment, because since you will be expected to pay it back it will be calculated into your DTI. If you employer is willing to give you the money and write a gift letter stating that it does not have to be paid back, then you can use it towards your down payment.
