Yes... most will allow this.. but the fact that you are asking makes me wonder if someone is telling you no!!... and if that's the case, then you should shop for a different lender... every lender has their own set of guidelines that are in addition to FHA or VA guidelines.. it's possible that your lender has some additional guidelines that disallow your scenario.. ..
