More info needed, specifically, is there a balance on this property and is it "Real" property.. meaning, has the MFH been architecturally attached to the land and has an affidavit of affixture been recorded against the property.. in other words, if the MFH has been ground set and the axles taken off.. This is how you convert a lot with a mobile home on it to "Real Estate".. This all being said, if you do have real property, and there's no balance, then it's possible you might find a HML willing to lend on it.. but expect very high rates, fees and very low "Loan to Value's" (LTV)..
