Can I get a home loan with this circumstance?
I am selling my current home, with the profits I plan to to pay off one of two car loans i have of $11,000My only other loans are:second car loan: $15,000Home will be paid once sold. (this isnt a short sale)Both car loans and mortgage have never been late.After paying off the first car loan I will have 31,000The home I want is listed at $99,900 ( its a foreclosure.)I will put minimum of $30,000 downIve been employed 21 yrs and it is secure.My yearly income is about $105,000The only debt i am carrying now is the two car notes which i will pay one off possibly.I live in Houston texas.my fico is Transunion: 547 Equifax: 614I have five charge offs from about 4 1/2 yrs ago. I got over extended plus medical expenses from daughters illness.I no longer use credit cards...i have no open CC accountsAnyone think i might find a lender to work with me.
