More info needed.. but in general.. so long as your MFH is considered "Real" Property.. meaning, the home is sitting on land that you own, and it's been architecturally attached with an affidavit of affixture file with the county, then you can get conforming financing on it.. If it's a MFH that sits in a park where you pay space rent each month.. then i'm not sure of any lender out there that offer's a line of credit in this scenario.
