Can I get a loan even if I work overseas?
Hi guys, I was wondering if I can get a loan with my income abroad. As you guys can see, I don’t work in the U.S.A.. If I could still get a loan even though I work abroad, what are the steps I have to take, and what are the loan requirements? by majornash197 from Fairbanks, Indiana. Aug 1st 2022

It may be possible, but you would be looking at purchasing as an investment property, since you won't be living in it while working abroad. Reach out to a Mortgage lender licensed in the state you want to buy in.
