Yes you can. For FHA and VA you have to have made at the very least 12 payments on time and you will have to get permission from the trustee. For a Conventional refinance you have to have 2 years from the discharge date, 4 years dismissal date. You also have to have a minimum credit score, credit and income qualify. Contact a local loan officer and have them present you all of the options you qualify for to see what best fits your needs. Best wishes.
