I used an FHA loan to buy my current home but I'm now moving to TN. Can I use it again? by rtanter201 from Buxton, North Carolina. May 19th 2021
Yes. You can only have one FHA loan at a time (except under certain exceptions), but you can use FHA as many times as needed over the years. I lend in MN WI IA ND SD. Find me at iMortgageJoe.com - Cambria Mortgage NMLS 274132
Yes, you can use FHA for the purchase of almost any home you plan to move into as long as the loan amount is within the county limit the home is located in. If you wanted to keep your current home as a rental and it has an FHA loan on it, you could still use FHA, as long as the new home is at least 100 miles from the current home. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z Team of NEXA Mortgage ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Licensed in AZ, CA, GA, IL, OR & WA...
