Maybe, but unlikely. Unfortunately, that is a very low score, and it will make any mortgage financing very difficult. Once you fall below 640, you've fallen to a problematic area. Once below 620, you'd odd's are slim, and most lenders simply won't do it. The good news is that there are some lenders wo will at least look it your application with that score. The two late mortgage payments sort of explain the score. As long as those two late payments are just 30-day lates, you again have a chance. if there is a 60-day late, you can forget it. Assuming you find someone willing, you are going to get hammered with a higher rate. As it is just a refinance, I very strongly suggest working on improving credit first. Good Luck.
