Hector, This is a very simple process to do such. I am a Regional Manager for Green Street Mortgage and will travel to you home to help you with this transaction. The process can take about 3 weeks to get done, worst case scenario. Please email me at tim.howard@greenstreetbanker.com or please call me at 435.764.8709.you can also enter your information on my website at www.yourmortgageguy.us.I have helped over 1400 people get into their homes or refinance into a better situation. What kind of property do you have that is on the ARM?Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks for your time. Have a great day and keep smiling.

Hector, as the other answers indicate you certainly can. 680 is a great score and should get you a good rate. And it is a great time to do it. Rates are the lowest they have been in 20 months. You can give me a call. I would love the opportunity to earn your business. I know I can be competitive with rates and fees. I believe in "information without obligation" so don't hesitate to call with any question. Linda Miller 801.550.1222. linda@lindamillergroup.com, www.utahmortgageadvisors.com

Based on this limited information that shouldn't be a problem. Of course we have to look at your situation as a whole, but you should be fine. Give me a call or email and I will walk you through the process and what you need to do to make this happen. 801-758-9962 jason.hall@utahmortgageloan.com

Yes.. but much more info would be needed to determine your eligibility.. The best advice I can give you is to contact a LOCAL mortgage broker and apply with them. Once they see your complete loan profile, they will be better equipped to advise you properly. Also, by applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with many lenders with each one offering a different type of lending program. This is unlike the local bank which typically only has a few lending programs. The more lenders, the more lending options, and the more likely your scenario will be accepted.. Plus, the broker is experienced in seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario, and he has lower overhead which typically results in lower rates and fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
